JMI Security Workforce Development was founded to provide funded security training and apprenticeship opportunities for veterans, unemployed adults and individuals re-entering the workforce.
Our mission is to create structured pathways into the security industry through modern training, mentorship, and workforce partnerships.
Spring 2026 Training Cohort in Development
We are currently developing our first security workforce training cohort. The program will focus on foundational security skills, professionalism, and real-world preparedness. More details on enrollment and eligibility will be announced soon
Seeking Community & Employer Partners: JMI Security Workforce Development is actively seeking partnerships with local employers, churches, and community organizations interested in supporting workforce readiness and job placement opportunities.
